Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. « Don't hesitate to book this! This house had everything our family needed to visit our daughter at college and we will be back. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The decor is tasteful/higher end, the pictures don't do it justice.There is a Keurig with stocked coffee pods. « This stay was our second one at this property. We like this home a lot. There is plenty of room for us, the neighbors are quiet and it's in a nice location. Our son and family live in Pomeroy, so we plan to return here whenever we come to visit them in the future. »

« Was very difficult to find the unit and large amount of walking from parking lot was not disclosed. Unit had a window open upon arrival and the broken screen was propped against outside wall. Cleaning supplies had not been put away. Toilets and shower were dirty. Fan/light in bathroom running at excessive volume. Tried to cancel booking within an hour and was met with a very ungenerous cancellation policy. »
