« I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. « Pecan Cottages was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had the Davey Crockett cottage for our 2 night stay while we were visiting some family we have seen for over 30 years! It was a perfect choice over a standard hotel room. Quaint and cute, the decor was well thought out and strategic. It was an old school cabin for sure but had wifi, mini frig, Keurig and TV, everything ya needed was there! Bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good! « I paid for a non smoking room that was not provided lady told me to cancel because Expedia had my money. This was from April and I am yet to get my money back. I also had insurance and nothing they all a bunch of thieves working together. No accountability no one wants to take responsibility. »

« Timeless Victorian home, well maintained and very welcoming. The owners are very friendly, but not intrusive. Breakfast was delicious, served at our requested time. We appreciated the clawfoot bathtub, the high ceilings and natural woodwork throughout the home. We highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the Paris area. »

« My husband, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed three nights at this beautiful house. It was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. It was well-stocked having everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting the area around Paris. The owner was very quick to reply and we appreciated her generosity and kindness. »

« Beautiful property. Cutest little 1 bedroom cottage. 1 twin mattress, 1 toddler matress, 2 full size air mattresses and all the sheets and blankets you need to fit a larger family. « The kitchen counters and table were dirty with crusted food along with the stove top, which I had to scrub them all off. Oven was nasty dirty. there were plenty of dishes and glasses but as far a pans went, the only clean useable was 2 sauce pans There was a small griddle type one that still had food on it, /disgusting.
