« The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. « Experience was great until the hotel started doing work on the terrasse next to the pool - had to use a hammer head to break the concrete. Needle to say the noise and dust was unbearable. Ran back to my room and checked out immediately. I understand work has to be done, but by the outside pool in the middle of the summer ??? Not acceptable not to inform customers before hand. »
