« Staff was ok, we had a room on the top floor and it was obvious there had been a problem with the roof at some point. Hall2ay carpets were very soiled, and oy 1 elevator was operating and sounded terrible. The little convenience store they have at the desk was very empty with none of the possible forgotten ite.s, only some snacks. »

« Location was excellent, staff was great…. Clean rooms Bed was very uncomfortable mattress / very hard to sleep. No ice machine No mini fridge No continental breakfast »

« Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!! »

« This property is not for everybody. It was not a good choice for us. We will not choose this property again. The staff did the best they could, but the property is in really bad shape and not healthy. Especially for people with health conditions. We moved rooms 3 times and all 3 were not in good shape at all. I took a lot of photos between the 3 rooms we were offered, but I won't share them. »

« I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....
