« Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out. »

« Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. « The Surry in is a nice place to stay overnight on our trips from PA to Florida. Everything is older but clean and everything worked. »

« Our hosts were so kind and hospitable! We loved the quaint, cozy and clean cottage. The location was perfect with easy access to hiking and other local attractions. We definitely plan to go back to do more hiking and exploring! »

« This great property in pilot Mountain was in the back of the pharmacy on Main Street which made it private and quiet but only steps from the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the arrangement of space and decor of the property and it was one of the best rentals we've ever had. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! »

« The wife and I rented this apartment for a place to stay for the wine festival. It was perfect. It was within walking distance to downtown and had everything we wanted. The host was great, he doesn't have a lot of check in or check out things. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. We'll probably stay here next year for the wine festival. »
