« Overall the room served its purpose. Staff members were pleasant. Nice sized rooms. However our room had a stench in it that never went away. The pull out bed was about 2 inches thick. My kids (6 and 9) never really complained but any bigger than they are, it would be a rough sleep. Pool area we found a lot of trash, clothing tags and dirt around the pool. « For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). »

« No breakfast. There were restaurants and stores nearby. »

« Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location. »

« Breakfast selection was adequate at best. VERY basic. Room was clean, just wish the a/c unit was better placed. Window seat over the unit made it extreme difficult to operate (there was no wall unit to make adjustments) and there was minimal room between the unit and the bed. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the room also. Check in evening staff, the young lady was very nice. »

« The pool was filthy and doesn’t look nothing like the picture and the staff texts me at 8:00 in the morning and asked when I was leaving even though checkout wasn’t till 11 »

« Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved. »
