« We really enjoyed all the renovations to this location— so happy that someone has finally invested in sprucing up accommodations in the UP. Every year we come through this area and have always had to put up with dumpy accommodations because there is nothing nice to pick from. So BRAVO to the Manistique Sands! »

« Heavy mosquito problem especially at night. Also they have an ant problem in the bathroom. Can only access regular tv & no other apps. Store next to it is way over priced. Other than that it’s ok. »

« This place was perfect to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday with her friends. The house is extremely clean and very well decorated for the UP the host of the house was extremely understanding to me overlooking some things during booking and very accommodating. She even left some birthday stuff for my daughter, and even thinks of the pups if you’re bringing one, which was a very sweet touch. The location was great for pictured rocks. Secluded, but not too far from town. Quiet and cozy....
