« Booked a cabin. Beds were nice and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom quite small but clean. AC/heater function well. Conviennent Fridge and microwave. Strong smell of popcorn in the microwave. Under bed floor hasn't seen a vacuum or a mop for a while. Surrounding need a bit of maintenance: broken chairs, empty bottles and cigarettes butt all around. Bedside table would be a great addition. »

« We had a wonderful experience at Motel Long Lake & Cottages! Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with people who genuinely care about their guests. We’re already looking forward to returning...

« We had to search out the person to check in. Our room door was wide open and the bed looked disturbed. The room was small and noisy. They couldn't have a fire in the fireplace. They ran out of coffee in the morning and there was no one to talk to about it. »

« C’est correct… »

« Very clean and confortable! »

« Nice and clean ,,,,, bel endroit juste un peu a l’écart mais sir le long de la routes , donc pas de détour. Sauf pour soupers. »

« Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip »

« Merci M. Patel, pour le bon service. Belle emplacement, propre. merci »
