« Was a very pleasant stay. The room was sparkling clean and up to date. I used to stay at this location a decade ago when I worked in Bethlehem and it still is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at! »

« The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - I saw them help a distressed woman find a room at another hotel as all of them were getting filled up due to graduations. A female staff member who was ending her shift actually had the woman follow her to the other hotel as she seemed a bit out of sorts and did have / couldn’t figure out a gps. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. »

He wrote it down for me, but I gave the key holder back and forgot that he wrote his name on it, but he was very professional very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Also Tom he made sure I had a great room with a balcony for my anniversary and he was very professional and very nice I would definitely be going back again. I really enjoy the hotel.
