« We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect
 Peaceful and serene. We especially loved the outdoor space which had a kitchen and a pool. We had eight grandchildren with us that said it was the best vacation yet. Randy the host was responsive and made check in easy. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway »

« Our family enjoyed the stay at this beautiful mountain property! Loved taking walks around the yard and using the campfire/bathtub areas.Would pick the larger house instead of the Guest house next time for upgraded amenities. Our kids were a bit young for the bed arrangements. We also enjoy cooking, which was a bit difficult here. This is a personal choice and why we would pick the house with more amenities next time. The outdoor grill has seen better days. We would definitely come back! »

« We had an amazing vacation here at Sutton’s Roost. Home was terrific for us and our kids. Tons of room, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and sauna to calm our aching muscles after hiking all over the place. Upper back porch to relax and eat and watch the stars. « This place worked perfectly for a friend meetup near Wintergeen! Near Bold Rock cidery and three notch'd brewery, and we stopped at Bear Creamery for an ice cream flight! Laurie responds quickly, we found the house just as described. Comfortable and very clean, in a nice residential neighborhood. We appreciated the screened in porch and the A/C during the day. Highly recommend this getaway! »
