« Appena arrivati la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione , dire che la camera era anche giĂ  stata pagata in anticipo ho dovuto inoltrare la mail con tutte le informazioni , alla fine perĂČ abbiamo avuto la nostra camera che era molto spaziosa e pulita . Colazione ottima e il personale delle colazioni molto cordiale e disponibile . »

« The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure. »

« Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. »

« Unbelievable friendly personnel! Our group arrived at dinner time. Preparing the food took 45 minutes - but the food was delicious, be it fish, meat or chicken. Consider using the cooking time for taking a shower... Check-In was lengthy, but that was quite safe to assume the mistake of Hotels.com. The Jumuia staff went far out of their way despite that! The garden is green and quiet, very nice place to sit shielded from sun or hectic. »
