« Nice layout with all the immenities »

« Great view. Many beds. There are 2 tvs in the home. One in the family room and 1 in the master. Tons of water equipment and campfire chairs. We had a great stay with 8 adults for the orb trails and we will be back »

« Very nice cottage with a superb view of Tee Lake from the screened-in porch in back. The place was well-equipped, comfortable and true to the description. We brought our dog and he had a blast fetching his ball from the lake. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Northern Michigan. We also had tasty meals at a couple of restaurants in town. « We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s cabin. It was a great home base for us as we traveled around the area (Hillman, Alpena, Clear Lake State Park beach, Ocqueoc Falls, and Rogers City). The cabin was comfortable. It was close quarters but suited our needs. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. »

« Everything was great except the drunks who had the two places surrounding us. They kept forgetting that our cottage wasn't theirs. They would bang on the door trying to get in. »

« This cottage on Lake Avalon was very well suited for our family reunion. The kids and grandkids LOVED the water activity with an ample supply of fun (kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, the floating trampoline, canoe, etc) ...so much fun.The house worked out great with super fast and solid wi-fi, any kitchen utensil and dish you could ask for, 2 fridges, lots of towels, blankets, bed space, and bathrooms. « Overall very satisfied with my stay at the cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and all you need for a fishing trip. Only draw backs were the coffee pot was pretty dirty, and the host forgot to send the email with the check in/out information but I was able to contact support and the host fairly quickly to resolve the issue. »

« The cabin looked beautiful in pictures and in description, however, in person, some things stood out as difficult to tolerate: moldy bathroom that smelled strongly of urine. There was a large area rug on the floor in front of the shower, and when it got damp, the smell became unbearable. The water knobs for the shower barely turned, the shower was very small and dirty.
