« Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away. »

« Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! « There were multiple problems with this stay. The door wouldn't open with the access code, and we had to call host several times before we got a person. Waiting in 89 degree weather for 30 minutes to get in. Then the unit has one small air conditioner for a 2 bedrooms and living area. The coolest it got in the living area was 79 degrees, the bedrooms were worse. « We were looking to experience tiny home living with our kids and found Jesse's barn on VRBO. The location was perfect, not too far from home but far enough away from the city lights. Jesse was the perfect host and even helped us jump start our car due to a bad battery at the end of our stay. Our favorite part of the stay was swimming in the pool surrounded by chickens and goats. « This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...
