« Rooms are clean but needs updated. Just adding a mini fridge and maybe a small microwave would make a big difference for people staying at the resort.property up keep could also be improved.They have a beautiful patio but you couldn't enjoy it much cause all the down branches. I know storms had passed through a few days before but this would have taken someone a hour max to pick up and blow off. »

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour la cabin est hyper bien équipée même un petit BBQ pour les grillades à l’extérieur. La piscine est top et nous avons adoré aussi le fait d’avoir une laundry room à disposition et le petit déjeuner dans la salle commune top! »

« Malgre avoir présenté tous les documents a notre arrivée notre reservation n'a pas été prise en compte. Nous avons du payer une autre chambre plus cher et moins bien, notamment avec un lit trop petit. L'accueil n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel. De plus la chambre etait vieille et le lit de qulite mediocre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« When we arrived to check in, the guy who was there, barely spoke any English & had to call someone to give us a key. I spoke to this person on the phone & he acted as if he didn’t know what hotels.com was. He finally found our reservation, but didn’t look at it and asked how many beds & everything that was in our reservation which we had already answered. We finally get our key & went to our room, it was an old sort of hotel room, it was clean. I went to take a shower & couldn’t get the cold...

« The picked away updated motel near Kentucky Dam Village Resort. Quiet and felt safe. Great water pressure and nice updated bathroom. Loved the mattress, pillows, and bedding! Nicer mattress than many chain hotels I’ve stayed in. Great communication from the host when I needed to make an adjustment to my reservation. I would recommend bringing an eye mask - I wished for thicker curtains as my room had the parking lot light outside of it and I had to cover my eyes each night. My closet did not...
