« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience during my stay last night! What truly made my visit stand out was Aretha, the night clerk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me. It’s not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their job and makes guests feel valued. Aretha is a true asset to...

« Great staff! »

« My first impression wasn't good because the front doors were locked,no one was at the desk or answering the doorbell. After 20 minutes, a person can out of a door and was able to help us check-in. The rest of the stay was nice. Some of the other patrons were quite noisy but that's not their fault. It is a pet friendly property. »

« The staff was friendly at check in but from there it was down hill! Requested queen size beds, we got Full. Beds were incredibly firm and stiff. Could not get a good nights sleep. Water pressure in toilet was too low had to flush twice. Bathroom was so small hard to move around. Took a while for the lights to come on and couldn’t use the lamp on the desk cause the shade was not clamped down. There was tape on the ceiling from who knows what. Worst of all, there were bugs in the room! Ants and...

« It’s a one night stay kinda of place. Wasn’t horrible, wasn’t great. Breakfast however was top tier. So overall 3 stars. »

« The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back. »

« nous étions venus voir notre fils à l'université et même a pied c'etait possible de s'y rendre. Le souci c'est qu'en ville il n'y a pas de trottoirs les américains ne fonctionnent qu'en voiture. Par contre dans l'université pas de problème pour se déplacer »

« L’endroit manque beaucoup d’entretien. Il s’agit d’un endroit pour dormir seulement. Il y avait des odeurs désagréables dans nos chambres. »

« I booked for three nights instead of two. When I arrived on Friday they had given away my rooms since I did not arrive on Thursday versus Friday. I PAID in full. I did this so I could arrive any time on Friday since I had an early flight and did not want to wait til 3pm on Friday to check in. They did NOT call me to see if I was still coming and it sounded really shady at the front desk because it sounded like me rooms were given to friends or family of the front desk. No refund was offered and...
