« Our family had our Christmas party and stayed at the cottage. We had some from New York, Ashland and local family stay. The place exceeded all of our expectations and we absolutely loved the time there. We are already planning on doing it next year. We would highly recommend it to everyone! »

« The house had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The bottom of the bathtub was black and the tub mat was black as well. Floors were dirty. You could not take your shoes off without your feet or socks turning black.
