« Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. « The manager, (Meena?) was wonderful. I came in after a funeral and she sympathized. She helped me with my cell phone settings. The next moring I fell and hit my forehead and she gave me ice and a washcloth, encouraged me to stay longer, even called me later in the day to see if I was OK. I felt very well cared for. And the place was perfect. »

« Nice little apartment. Clean. Bed was comfortable. I'm 6'2" and I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair. Most showers are made for people 5 ft tall. This one was a pleasant surprise. »

« Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself!
