Comté de Knox : recherchez des hôtels

« Recognizing this weekend is homecoming at a nearby college certainly entitles the property to raise $219 rack rate. Raising the rate to $395 is offensive. And ironically the property didn’t appear sold out. Not what I’d expect from an Wyndham property. »

« Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked! »

« The facility was well stocked with items we used. The master suite was wonderful. Laundry appliances and soap were available - and we used them. Because we were busy in town most of the weekend, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but it was available and ready for us. The host was very easy to reach whenever we had questions. »

« Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided. »

« Room was clean and service was good. »
