« I recently reserved a room for a work colleague at this property, and the condition of the room he was given was completely unacceptable. He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. »

« Filthy. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, bathroom lights didn’t work, security chain on door broken, torn bottom sheet, NO top sheet, only one bath towel and one wash cloth, shower dirty or stained. When we arrived, two others had been waiting 20 minutes for desk staff. Avoid at all costs! »

« Was a crack hotel for sure. Sink broken literally had a hole where water was coming thru. Faucet broken could not turn it off so flooded room. Staff not present to address said issue. Ghetto coffe make barely worked. Crackpipe burns allover tub. Were given 1 small thin blanket and 2 small pillows about as thick as carboard. My arm worked better. Lastly, a million gigantic potholes in parking lot. Not worth what I paid. Run!!! »

« This was a rip-off! Over $200 per night for a Motel 6 experience. Will avoid Confort Inn/Suites going forward. Maybe it comes down to the building being old and the staff being tired. Terrible! »

« My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold...

« I mean it’s a motel what do you except had everything you needed bed, tv, restroom. It wasn’t that bad,bed was nice a bit squeaky but it was fine. »
