« Rooms were what you can expect and clean. However, pool was closed and used as a dump, and the "gym" is three machines and two of them are not working. Kind of a false advertisement. »

« Cabin was beautiful had a beautiful view of the lake owners were so sweet and kind. There’s so many things to do so theres no way to get bored. Most important thing to me is there pet friendly big and small dogs are welcome. I will 100 percent would stay there again. »

« The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space. »
