« In my opinion it's a good one if you also visits the theme park just underground . The hotel rooms they are like the hotel a bit too much , small gym, the swimming pool inside is really great but outside it miss some place. Other that the dinner is a really expensive and is not worth 1300 $. »

« Staff was very friendly and service minded.
The hotel itself was OK, but not up to the level which can be expected e.g. in Taipei.
There was mold in several places in the bathroom. The room smelt awkward and so did the corridor.
The breakfast buffet was large but of average quality. Fresh fruit was almost lacking.
So the hotel is ok if you need to stay in Hualien, e.g. to visit Taroko national park. Don't expect too much though. »

10/10 Excellent
This place is incredible. Our stay was just perfect from the beginning to the end. We loved the food, the facilities, the staff, and the Taroko Park even if everything was closed.
I highly recommend this hotel, and can't wait to come back once the Park will be re-opening completely
