« The house in the pictures is not the house at the listed address and someone actually lives there. I don't know why VRBO hasn't taken this listing off the website. I tried to contact the owner several times the day before check and and the day of - no response. When we arrived at the address, there a lot of stuff (junk) in the yard, a junked car in the drive and a large aggressive dog to meet us. Needless to say, we did not get out of your car. We contacted VRBO that told us the owners phone...

« People extremely friendly. Antonio, around 6’11 played ball for Austin Peay, at the front desk was so friendly, professional, & helpful with our reservations & directions for the university. « Close and conveniently located to shops and dining. The only complaint would be we were awaken by birds at 5am. It appeared to be a birds nest outside our door with bird poop everywhere. Overall the stay was amazing and I would definitely book again »

« We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville. »
