« I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early thatâs crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone??? »
