Site très calme en plein milieu des champs, peut-être un peu trop éloigné du centre de Nauvoo. Dans l'une des 2 chambres, aucune lampe de chevet. Cet équipement devrait être ajouté. »

« No parking at bottom of drive as stated in listing. Air was turned off when I arrived. Took hours for it to get to 75 degrees with 2 beat up AC units running on high. Outdoor light on the driveway side doesn’t work. Top of the driveway was a little muddy from rain and lack of rock. Strong mildew odor the next day after AC units had been running.Limited silverware. Fridge was nice and cold. Shower had hot and cold water. No curtains on the windows except by the large bed. It gets very hot in the...

« Had to move an adapter. From the plug. The plus in bedroom didn't work. If a switch on and off. We did not find it. Inside was much better the outside look »

« We loved the halfling house. The overall impression was awe-inspiring, but as we soaked in the little details, the richness just deepened. Nothing failed to transport us to Middle Earth: the architecture, furniture, the curtains, the dishes, the fixtures. Every little decoration tickled me, from the books, to the games, to the light switch plates, to the figurines. Amazing! We watched the LOTR trilogy, cooked some hobbity meals, and dressed up in costumes the host has available for pictures....

« Pros: The views of the Mississippi River right across the street and a lovely field behind this home were outstanding. It was an idyllic setting in many ways. The road was off the beaten path so no traffic. The home was clean. There was plenty of bedding, towels, paper plates, plastic cups and glasses, paper towels, forks and spoons, and fridge and cupboard space to store food. New, clean gas stove with griddle.
