This time, it was room 104 and it was severely disappointing.
No windows
Room felt humid everyday.
Shower head is demolished.
Carpet felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. It felt gross. »

« Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired. »
