The cabin is rustic as described but the kitchen, shower, and outhouse facilities are convienient. Mike is a great host, very helpful and good for some great tips on fishing spots. Supplies are only about a few miles away if needed. A peaceful spot near some great fishing, I will be back! »

« The cabin was great! Cozy and just what we needed for a few nights. It's not anything fancy but it is warm and comfortable. The little bar that Mike built was great to play cards at. Check in was smooth as Mike met us and took us down to the cabin. The only thing that could be improved is the beds, they are not the most comfortable. Thanks for hosting Mike! »

« Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the friendliness and courtesy of Mike! Loved the wood burning furnace, the seclusion, the little creek, and the lack of service! It was the perfect weekend stay!Construction closed the road between 9 pm - 4 am, and we were driving from NoCo! Mike was the best and called us a few days before to let us know and day of to make sure we could make it in time. Will absolutely be staying again if the opportunity arises! »

« Really enjoyed our little weekend vacation here! Great location for being able to access Georgetown Lake as well as Discovery Ski area, and those were the two things we wanted to do! « When I tell you, I did not want to leave… I did not want to leave! We have stayed at several places throughout our travels and this was such an incredible place to relax and unwind. The home was immaculate, the location was so beautiful, our host was fantastic with communication and I could not have asked for a better place to have stayed for our anniversary. « This was our first time "glamping". Having both grown up tenting it (or worse), we were prepared to rough it. Not the case! Super sweet hostess, the accomodations were roomy with a bed to die for. Although we didn't use the stove for more than heat and morning coffee, everything you could cook a meal easily with the implements made available. The views are breathtaking. We will be back to spend more than just one evening. »
