« Communication with host was excellent, the hot tub was nice, and the location was relaxing with some great views close by. Sadly, the furniture was old and uncomfortable and the kitchen furnishings left a lot to be desired. One of the large burners didn't work (to be fair, when I alerted them of this fact they offered to have somebody come look at it while I was there, but I declined), one of the kitchen chairs had a nail sticking out, the refrigerator/freezer didn't have ice and no ice trays,...
