« Bugs in bathroom, lamps without bulbs and not plugged in, no phone cord. AC very loud. Not mobility challenged friendly. The bed was comfortable. »

« We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

« Lovely historic hotel. Great staff, friendly, helpful with all info regarding house and the town. Adequate continental breakfast and water bottles available, even after breakfast. Bathroom amenities included. Thanks, Frank and Cheryl! »

« We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...

« The house was very clean and had enough space for our group. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. »

« The owners were wonderful - they even had farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge all the extra linens were brand new - we had two teenage girls who loved the shampoo/conditioner in the room. The decor was nice I loved the green and whit trim. The bed is a memory foam and I thought it was comfortable. There are only a couple minor things- the air conditioner is a little loud and the living room was a bit cool however the kids just put on the fireplace heater my only sticking point was that...
