« This place is in need of some serious upgrades. Clean but dated. Intermittent power caused electronic devices to not charge overnight. Ok but not great. »

« From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return. »

« My stay at the Hampton inn Covington was disappointing. Overall, I had doubts with regards to the cleanliness of the room (sheets, towels and shower). The water temperature was inconsistent all through the stay. »

« Buddy and Lynne were excellent hosts. They were never hard to reach. Always respected my privacy but were always available. Very much, people people. The property and Little house were absolutely beautiful. The view breath taking! I will be back! »

« This apartment is in the heart of Hot Springs with easy access to shops and the Homestead. Everything is walkable! Parking on-site or on the street was easy. The rooms were spacious and furnished well. The kitchen has a range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment is ont he back of the building with a view to the mountain and the creek. Very quiet. »

« This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. »

« The house was very clean and as advertised. The location was great for out weekend plans, the drive to the Homestead and Jefferson pools was not bad at all. We had a great weekend at this house! »

« Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience! »

« Beds comfortable, clean. Nice and quiet. Bare amenities but really all you need. Appreciate the coffee bar. Not sure of recent water testing. Recommend bringing drinking water with if you worry about those things. Close to so many things to do. Would stay again. »
