« This was a very cute and amazingly fkash from the past experience. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the presidential suite and loved it. Very clean amd romantic. Only issue was a sign outside making noise so loud we coule hear it all night but naustalgia i guess. Hubby experienced a bit of paranormal noises. Lady crying and a few other things but i slept like a baby. Would stay again. »

« We only had 2 hiccups - it was set-back, behind anothe business which made it difficult to locate & carrying the big, heavy suitcases up/down the stairs to our room. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Would stay again, gladly! »

« Other than the guy who greeting us and wouldn’t let us check in at 2:00, all the staff was easy going, friendly, and helpful! Very nice and clean hotel, comfy beds, and pets welcome. Nice breakfast where staff didn’t start cleaning up 1/2 hour before it was over. Best part prolly was the actually hot, hot tub and pool hours! We look forward to returning! »

We, a group of 4 friends, appreciated their thoughtful touches and intentional care in setting up the property. The winter view is amazing, great for bird (esp. eagle) watching. Cosy and clean! I hope to come again someday with my family. »

« This is by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Every little thing was considered. The coffee and creamer in the kitchen was such a nice touch. We didn't have to go out to just buy coffee. It is in a great location with beautiful views of downtown. Every inch of the house is cozy and inviting. The host was very helpful and had many recommendations for already attractions. We highly recommend staying here, and if we're ever in the area again, we will choose to stay here. »

« Everything about Charlie’s on the Water was perfect. There was abundant supplies of towels and soap. Very comfortable furnishings made for a relaxing visit to Sabula. I highly recommend Charlie’s on the Water. »

I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. »
