« We had a very comfortable stay with them. We didn't use any of the amenities except the continental breakfast as we were too exhausted from our traveling. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool looked inviting and felt a very comfortable temperature but we were too tired to go in. The elevator worked great and they have a few carts to help bring your luggage to your room. All in all it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and we will go back there when we go to that area...

« The property parking lot entrance is not lit with just a small sign by road so can easily drive by. There is no elevator to second floor so may be hard if you have a big suitcase or impaired if no main floor available. The facet in sink area in my room was not clean and I used my Clorox wipes to clean it. Breakfast is marginal at best with pre-formed round scrambled eggs and sausages to heat. Coffee okay. Front desk misted charge twice by a very large amount causing me to spend time on my phone...

« Great place for a lake getaway. It had a great up-north cabin like vibes, being close to the cities at the same time. The place had everything we needed for a nice and relaxing stay: beautiful views of the lake, kayak/canoe to venture out on the water, and a hot tub. The lake had plenty of fish to fish right off the dock, just grab your own fishing gear. « My book club (all 50) rented Grandpa's Pool House and had a ball. We did all things 70s and the house was a great fit for our tator tot hotdish meals, shrinky dink crafts and Sloe Gin Fizz drinks. We had a couple hiccups with our stay, and the host and property manager responded immediately and made everything right. »

« The property was exactly as advertised. Brand new and one of the best thought out and planned vacation rentals we have stayed at. Everything was very modern, including the appliances and Wi-Fi, but it still had somewhat of a rustic country charm with the ship plank design and self done woodworking. The beds and linen were top-notch and very comfortable. There were electrical outlets where you wanted them and tables and nightstands where you would want them as well.
