« I expect a cleaner room. The refrigerator still had leftover pizza and other items frpmn the previous guest. The bathroom counter was not clean. The room also smelled musty and wet. »

« The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again. »

« My room was spotless and everything seemed very new. Tv/ best ever regular Cox cable with rewind plus HBO. Tons of parking, near multiple food outlets from local to chains as well as shopping. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Single floor buildings so were very quiet. Priced below several nearby options. I can’t find anything on my stay that was the slightest issue. »

« Excellent stay »

« If you tell customer breakfast is at 6:30 AM, that should happen! I paid for a breakfast that was not there- nothing, and no one was there! Only a 12 cup coffee maker for a hotel is an insult. You coffee sucks; your service sucks! You got mold growing above the shower! No phones in the room means no service if you have problems- or load guest at 2:39 am! »

« Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off. »

« Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo . »

« Perfect place! Plenty of bathrooms. Everything we needed! Clean and comfy! Thank you!! »

« Absolutely love this house! We came down for a long weekend to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I thought I had booked the house from Thursday to Sunday. Nope. I quickly messaged the host and asked if we could get in Thursday. They responded right away and adjusted our stay. The house was very clean and the view was beautiful. Everything is as in the description. There is no washer and dryer so that is something to keep in mind. We will definitely be staying here again! »

« Clean property. Host was easy to communicate with. »

« We had a lovely stay in Galena! The property was spotless and every amenity was covered. The smoke/CO2 alarm was beeping when we arrived but it was just a low battery. We messaged the hosts and they told us where the batteries were and we replaced them on our own. They were also responsive to any messages we sent them. The property is less than a mile from Route 66, and many other attractions are within 30 miles. We would stay here again if we are in the area! »

« Ckean and nice with the Bidet toilet seat! Quiet neighborhood and excellent communication from the host. Thank you! »

« Everything was perfect! »
