« Room was clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our TV controller didn't work and front desk staff immediately replaced it. Even came to our room to be sure there was no further problem. »

« Although the room smelled clean, it didn't look that way. The walls and floors are old and dirty, and the couch I would NEVER sit on. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarettes when I told them I did not want a smoking room. The second one they gave us was better. The toilet did not flush unless we took the lid off. We only stated on night, so it was just fine for that. I would have asked for my money back and found another place if I were staying longer. I will not stay here again. »
