« We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This time, the room had a terrible smell- part musty and part something else. We could not adjust the temperature, so the room was constantly hot and stuffy. Shower / tub leaked. I guess I just expected better for $250+ per night!!!! »

« Staff was hardworking, seemingly new, and overwhelmed slightly with grumpy customers over building related issues beyond their control.(the elevator was not functioning) Got to the room had a hard time setting up the television to work. It was set to HDMI 2 and rhe HDMI cable was running out of the television but seemingly didnt have anything to plug into. One of the staff was helpful and came up to the room resolving tbe problem in short order. The buiding seemed older. Slept well. Seemed...

The location is quiet and private and so many places are in walking distance! Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! Stephen was super easy to get a hold of and to communicate with.
