« The property was gorgeous! Right on the river with a beautiful view. The property had plenty of space, was very clean, and had something for everyone!Communication was awesome and we really appreciated staying at their property! »

« My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »

« We had a great time in Chattanooga and this place was exactly as listed. Good location, super clean and in good condition, and easy check in / check out. We had adults and teens from 3 families and everyone had space. Would look for this place first, if we’re back in the area. »

« This place was perfect for my husband and I and our friends! The view was wonderful and the chalet was as clean as you will find and very welcoming! The host, Rodney, was very welcoming and responsive! We would definitely stay again! »

« Our large group of 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 5 kids was comfortably accommodated in the house. The house is very well equipped, kitchen utensils, grill, smoker, hot tub, and games. The view is amazing, very quiet neighborhood to enjoy the tranquility and relax. Good, fast and prompt communication when questions came up. « Julio is a really wonderful host and very fast to respond to questions. The cabin is clean with comfortable couches and an open living room space to hangout. We spent a huge amount of time on the trails, but it was so nice to come back to the cool air conditioning and great showers. The large deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy the quiet countryside surroundings. There were five of us and there was plenty of space. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs in the area and will come back to this one. »
