« Très bien, très propre et neuf. Manque seulement le frigo dans la chambre. Meilleur rapport qualité-prix trouvé jusqu'à présent aux USA »

« Had to ask for wash clothes, sink leaks as towel was under sink, rust and caulking on sink and around bottom of tub, cracks on ceiling. I was very disappointed in Quality Inn and definitely will not stay there again. »

« It is huge with a lot of rooms. It was pretty full the night we were there. At breakfast the food was decimated and we got there 15 minutes of opening for breakfast. The poor girl was running around trying to fill things, get more coffee etc. Most of the folks staying were laborers, they had to eat fast & get to work, they devoured everything faster than the employee could replenish it. it was not a great environment that morning. »

« There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant, the room was so hot and humid that we had to keep the room at 60 degrees and that didn’t help, rotten hard boiled eggs at breakfast, curdled oat milk at breakfast. Was offered a partial reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia I didn’t qualify. Was offered Choice Hotel points for a one night stay that I never got! »

« Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the handicap room we were given was not very handicap friendly. The bed was very tall, difficult to climb up into when you need a walker to walk and steady yourself. Doors are very heavy, mom needed help to open them. The toilet was very low and difficult for her to get up off it. She was not able to shower as the shower was in a tub, don’t know many true handicapped people who can step over the tub into the shower. »
