« I returned back to Douglas, for my sister in law's wedding. New I was going to stay at my favorite place, and as always, never disappointed. I was met with new staff at the front desk. Mr. Charles, who I got to know over the 3 days, I stayed. Was very helpful in every way. It's like the establishment didn't miss a beat, in the customer service department. The breakfast department, as well, had a new staff worker. Mrs Elizabeth, extremely kind and generous, while attending to what ever needs...

« We enjoyed having the extra space compared to having a hotel room. The place looked like the pictures but unfortunately the smell of cleanser was overwhelming for the entire stay. And for all that smell, the floors had been unwashed for quite some time. My husband's feet would be black in mere minutes after walking around barefoot and it took serious scrubbing to get them clean. The place also lacked some small touches such as tissues and clocks on the wall. Could use some more basic...
