« The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… »

« Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« Breakfast was surprisingly well stocked with plenty of options and "extra" touches like their waffle bar having quite a variety of toppings to choose from, Also offered multiple protein and non-dairy options. Room was clean, well stocked and bedding/bed extremely comfortable. I have spent more nights in hotel rooms over the last 2 months than in my own bed and this bed by far has been the most comfortable. Kitchen area well stocked and very clean. Pool warmer than most hotels in the winter...

« Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport. »

« Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was limited with minimal food available as hotel was very busy with soccer players. Would prefer to have better lighting in rooms, but not a deal breaker. »
