« Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« The hot water was out for at least 30 hours. Having spent all day swimming, it was hard not to be able to bathe our kids but it was relieving when it was back on. It was a concern that they kept the restaurant open despite not being able to sanitize the dishes in hot water, so we did not eat there. « Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free...

« Most staff was very nice however breakfast was always out of something and you had to wait to get it (ie milk, waffle mix), we stayed 5 days they did not refresh our room once, conditioner and Kleenex empty. Staff member called me and was getting loud and upset about their own mix up. I brought towels down to get fresh ones day 4 and I was told to bring them back up and leave them in the hall. « Room had bare minimum towels. House keeping didnt do a thing the 3 days we were there. Carpets and walls havent had a proper clean in awhile. Appliances all had their "quirks." Pool area had 4 towels and just dingy. Across the board this place was clearly " bare minimum " ran mentality. Would never recommend. Will never visit again. »
