« Room smelled very moldy and wet. Management not able to put us in another room due to full house. No compensation for the bad room. Not happy….. »

« The room was spacious and clean. There was a large fridge and there was AC, so important in this heat spell. The bathroom is small, the toilet was the smallest you could get in that space and the shower was stained. There was no breakfast. The restaurant is only open 4 days a week, and there is no restaurant open close by for breakfast or lunch. There were no staff on site. »

« I liked that it was near attractions and the staff were helpful. The room was very musty and damp when I arrived. It was better after running the ac for a day. »

« The cozy one bedroom hotel turned out to be a windowless closet. Because we objected so strongly to the host he was able to put us into a cottage since we were only staying for the one night. The cottage was acceptable except for the bed ..the picture on the website was not the room they were going to give us. Check-in said tell them you’re renting the front living room . There was just enough room for the bed and the toilet squeezed between two walls. »

« Host is not pet friendly and charges an additional fee in cash when you arrive and 2 days after departure and someone else is in property I’m charged for broken furniture that wasn’t broken and or dirty when we departed if there was any issues it should have ben informed to us that day waterfront is more like a overgrown ditch don’t recommend properly or host »

« Great spot to get away. If you’re about 6 foot be careful though, had to spend the trip dogging the beams, but couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest my head at night. »

« This would be a 5-star review if the property had WIFI and AC. In this day and age, those should be standard amenities. As far as the lack of AC goes, we were very lucky; the temps were only in the low 80s during the day, and thankfully fell to the 60's at night. Had we stayed a week earlier, I don't think we would have been able to bear it. The property itself is quite nice. Very clean and tidy. The proximity to all kinds of walkable locations is very handy. « The property was very well maintain, that was inside and outside as well. also very clean, had everything we needed, what a beautiful view from the upstair bedroom. and every night we saw deer walking around out back. again a super clean place and the host wanted to make sure we had everything we needed... we will be back again! »

« Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you »
