Comté d'Allen : recherchez des hôtels

« Room was clean and roomy. Easy to find in what appeared to be a great neighborhood. Staff was very helpful. »

« Tout était très bien ! »

« We had a great experience staying here overnight! The hotel was a nice place to stay, and we appreciated having a comfortable space to relax. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again. Thank you for the hospitality! »

« The absolutely noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced! Not only was the freeway noise insanely loud, the rude people in the next room blasted their tv all evening, all night and all morning in spite of several calls to complain. The elevator equipment room door stayed propped open during our whole time there making horrid noises 24/7. The hot tub was broken, the hair dryer was DISGUSTING!! The staff were not at all professional. The building needs a LOT of attention and repair. Save yourself some...

« Very good hotel and friendly staff. »

« Personnel très accommodant. Lit très confortable. Vraiment parfait. »

« Could be a nice property. No one present at Reception at check in. The bathroom sink did not have a drain cover. Great for dropping valuables down the drain. The clock on the nightstand did not work and the nightstand had a drawer that stayed opened. I could not close it. If Housekeeping is there daily how could these items not be reported and repaired? Disappointing. »

« Domage que l hotel a eu un dégât d eau… Le bruit des ventilateur n était pas plaisant pour dormir. Mais ceci étant hors contrôl de l établissement, mon séjour était très bien. »

« Tres bel hôtel, personnel tres sympathique. »

« Personne ne savait que j'arrivais. L,'employé de la réception a dû utiliser les documents que j'avais imprimé avant de partir de chez moi. »

« Déjeuner à améliorer »
