« I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am. »

« Our return to Alfred University was very special, and we deeply appreciated the accommodations and hospitality provided by Steve and Luanne in their lovely, cozy home. It offered not only a great night’s rest, but also a warm and comfortable space to spend time with old friends. We were grateful for their availability, attention to our needs, and the delicious homemade banana bread. We would definitely return again. »

« A wonderful lake house. Very clean and well stocked. Love the kitchen with all that is required to cook plus a comfortable seating area wrapped in windows for lovely lake views.The neighbors were great, two young men helped me unpack my car.We have stayed in this cottage several times, and we love it. »
