« We stayed on a Saturday during the off season in late April so they didn’t have a lot of customers. This was the cheapest hotel with good reviews so that’s why we booked it. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Air conditioner did have a slight musky smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. Pool was open and clean. Overall, it did the job for why we were there. »

« The room nice, we had a river balcony view. Bathroom is very small, and toilet is very short for people over 6'. Staff wasn't friendly. »

« Every hotel I stay at, I pull the sheets back to check for cleanliness and bed bugs. This hotel was no different and when I pull the fitted sheet up, the mattress pack had hair and crumbs on it and was visibly used. I called the front desk to request a clean mattress pad and was told to come to the front desk to get it. Once there, I was told “this is the only one you will get”. Upon returning to the room and removing all the bedding and pillows to put on the new mattress pad, I discovered it...

« The outside is beautiful! Well cared for. The room felt a bit dated because of the carpet but the size of the room was nice, beds super comfy. Also, helpful and honest staff. Smooth check-in and called us as soon as the housekeeper found the phone and wallet we left behind by mistake! Will be coming back in the summer. »

« Même au rez de chaussé il y a 3 marches à descendre au bâtiment 3. Piscine non chauffée eau froide. Jacuzzi bien et serviettes mise à disposition. Chambre communicante, voisin bruyant on l entendait comme s'il était dans la chambre. Sinon Chambre donnant sur l arrière on entend pas la circulation. Proche restaurants, walgreen, station service. Ptit dej. Gaufre. Céréales, pain, jus d orange et jus de pomme, yaourt. Salle de petit déjeuner. Chambre propre mais un peu petite »

« We stayed for 2 nights. Room was super clean. Check-in went smooth and quick. Breakfast was very good! Coffee was amazing! And they did serve a bit of a different breakfast the 2 mornings we were there. We would definitely stay again. »

« Check in was very easy. Staff was kind, attentive, and offered great suggestions for meals if not taking advantage of the kitchen. Indoor water park was easy to access—no need to go outside—and the kids loved it. Indoor theme park was less enjoyable as it was geared for younger kids. Overall, we had a great time. »

« Came out of season (mid April). Room was clean, and needs were met. Hot tub & pool weren't open for the season yet, bar staff was friendly. I like the quieter location out of town, only a few minutes drive from town or the highway. »
