« Hôtel à éviter, aucun équipement dans la chambre, trés basique, en 4 nuits jamais fait le ménage ni changé les serviettes. Petit déjeuner trés maigre, aucune sucrerie...seul point positif la vue sur mer et la terrasse, mais nous cherchons toujours la plage privée comme énnoncée. Pour nous, cet hôtel est plutôt un 1 étoile + la vue sur mer en prime. Mise à part l'hotel, cette île nous a vraiment plu, tout était magnifique. »

« This is a very nice place. Hotel owner Monica is very attentive to the guests - we are very grateful! When booking it is important to note that the toilets are shared between several rooms, but we were lucky and were alone in the block, as it is low season. »

« Meget småt og lever ikke op til beskrivelsen - soveværelset klart det bedste ved huset. Badeværelset lugtede efter brug af kloak. Vi vil ikke komme igen dog besøger vi gerne Ærøskøbing. »

« Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

« No toilet papers, no towels, no garbage bins, absolutely no one to help to check-in. Nightmare to open the key box. We suffered badly in -7C weather for 2 hours to open the key box. Support phones don’t work. Absolutely ghost place. No one to even talk to or seek help. Poor bed. They charge for cleaning separately and there is cleaning inspection fee separately. « This little home is everything you need. Very spacious, very cosy. The backyard is wonderful, a great space to let kids or a dog play, to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Location is prime - quiet, away from the ferry terminals, but easily accessible via a very short drive. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Short walk from the brewery, which is very nice as well. »
