« Great location but old rooms with very limited and random cleaning service. I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Swimming pool was closed. Disappointing experience. »

« Friendly staff, convenient location, local shops, 10 mins from the beach, spacious room with all amenities we needed..our room was upgraded upon arrival. The only down side was the car parking was really tight if you have anything bigger than a small car »

« Very pleasant stay, easy check-in and check-out, the staff was really professional, helpful and friendly during the whole stay. This hotel is very good located about 300 meters from the beach and also near of the supermarket and city centre. The appartement was very clean and comfortable. »

« We loved our cabin that was a great size, clean . The cafe was excellent with a fair prices for very generous meals. The natural surroundings was wonderful with various waterbirds swimming on the lake. We will definitely visit again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious, quiet, front door parking and a wonderful host. It is located about a short 10 minute walk to central Scarborough beach with many food options. We will definitely stay here again when we return. »
