La restauration est variée selon les envies et de très bon niveau. Le paradis de pouvoir se baigner dans les sources chaudes sans la foule ou de profiter des trois piscines naturelles de l'hôtel. Séjour parfait ! »

« La cuisine etait parfaite pour cuisiner mais la piscine laissait a desirer. Les enfants ont adoré la glissade deau mais la 2ieme piscine et le spa netait pas ouvert et leau etait horrible. La piscine netait pas ouverte en tout temps comme nous laurions voulu, comme le matin a 9h00. »

« L'hôtel est comme à l'abandon. Tant que des travaux ne sont pas faits, ne surtout pas y aller. Nous avons été en février 2026 et avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement c'était horrible. »

« The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building...

« The road was a little challenging but once we drove it once and got to the property it was all worth it. The host Jorge was awesome. He went out of his was to make our stay wonderful and gave is some great recommendations. We enjoy our hike, pool with a slide and hot tub on the property. And they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. What a treat after a long day of travel and exploring CR. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Host was unattenrtve. Minimal to zero amenities. No soaps, no blankets, no paper towels or napkins, only one towel per person for a week, no laundry detergent to even wash own towels. No instructions. Sound didn't work on the tv. No checkout procedures. »

« Secluded large space, used to be a boutique hotel with now four rooms open/in use. Kids loved roaming around the property with the two horses being the fence and swimming in the pool with the beautiful views of the volcano Older property that fell a bit into disrepair, not the cheapest, but really responsive host who sent out the cleaning crew one more time Really relaxing, with hot springs just 5-10 minute drive away, we really enjoyed! »

« We were greeted by wonderful gentleman named Leonardo who made our check in and out smooth and easy. Listing is as described if not better imo. The breakfast from the ranch is a must have. The ladies in the kitchen have top notch service. We would stay again if in the area 100% »

« Good stay for family. Convenient location and well maintained gardens. We even saw a sloth on the property! Friendly dogs all over. Gym is very nice, pool as well. Beds and pillows not the most confortable and shower is tricky for hot water (you get not cold but not hot). We had a problem on the first night and the host and his sister on site responded extremely quickly. Would come back »
