« I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. « A welcoming place. It’s located in a quiet and safe area. Rooms are large enough and clean. Having carpet is not great but it did not trigger my allergies. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Special mention for the room service. I have tried almost everything on the menu, all very good. However, I don’t think it’s a hotel for the business trip.
