« At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para...

« Property was in a state of aging and lack of upkeep. Air conditioner worked but loud. shower stall leaked across floor. Pool closed on first door and then later opened. Area down the hill very busy and crowded at night with confusing one ways and street guards. Basic place for locals (one night) but not much for foreigners. Hotel that is past its prime and used by some locals for work stay. »

« This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

« - Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough »

Séjour agréable. Chambre un peu trop bruyante

"Tout était très bien, mais la salle de bains était un peu petite et peu pratique. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir et à travers les portes et les murs donnant sur la chambre mitoyenne (communicante). "

Bien pour une nuit de transit

"Pratique pour dormir une nuit à manille avant de reprendre un avion. Ils ont une navette aéroport hôtel (malheureusement nous ne l’avions pas réservé assez en avance et donc nous n’avons pas pu la prendre en sortant de l’avion) propre petit dej très copieux."

"J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Le confort est indéniable et la vue est absolument incroyable. Un vrai plus : l’accès direct au centre commercial, très pratique ! La chambre était spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement."
