Amazing villa in Crystal Beach is the ground level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy your view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views out front. You have pool access and it's only a few steps to beach access. With a king bed in the master, a full and twin bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this villa sleeps a total of 6 guests.
The space
One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps away!! This is a newly remodeled downstairs unit of a waterfront villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed in the master suite with an attached bathroom, and 1 full/ 1 twin bed in the guest room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room creating the option to sleep 6 guests. Both bathrooms are remodeled with a walk-in shower in the master bath and in the hall bath. The community pool is heated from mid-February to mid-April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The private back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This villa has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!
