  • Islander Condo # 202 est un East View, classé ARGENT mais loue au taux de bronze qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

    La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. De nouveaux granits et appareils ont été installés en juin 2019. Rassemblez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon pour regarder la télévision 32 pouces avec un combo DVD / magnétoscope et un accès par câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

    La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et d'une télévision 24 pouces. La salle de bain a une nouvelle vanité mise à jour avec double vasque et comptoir en granit. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 nouveaux lits jumeaux et d'une télévision 24 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité et des comptoirs.

    Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Mold vs mildew

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mold/ mildew was found in the both closets of the property. Master room bathroom water pressure was either extreme hot or cold, no room to adjust. Also, there a foul odor coming from the closets. The other wise the property was clean. The property is location close to the resort's garbage disposal and rodent traps, so you could smell the odor while walking to the parking lot.

We loved the convenience to the stairs that we used instead of the elevators. The beds were good. Nothing really to complain about because the unit is so nice for the price. The unit was nicely decorated with beach theme. The couches were comfortable. If we stay at The Islander again I would definitely stay in this unit again! The staff was very nice! I would like to thank the owners and the staff for their hospitality!

Rental was very clean upon arrival. Comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children for one week. This rental is right next to the stairs which is convenient. We had a great time and as always the Islander is amazing!

The condo had everything we needed and it was spacious!!! Will definitely stay again.

Very Disappointed about our stay

They were working on it which limited the space for the people at the islander to use and then the 6 feet distancing was a problem. I talked to someone at the front desk and he said he was surprised that they were doing it since they have been closed for so long. We should have been told of this or given a discount at the least. We had to go down 3 condos before we could find a place to sit comfortably. We have stayed at the Islander for years and this was so upsetting to our family.

Bed was horrible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 202 at the Islander. The bed was absolutely horrible. You sunk into the lumpy bed causing excruciating back pain. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch the night before we left. We left a day early as we could not take the bed another night. The overall place is nice with friendly staff. Room 202 needs to invest in a new mattress if they want people to be happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not correct room or floor and no one bothered to call. Next day we did get in correct room. Room needs to be updated a little the carpet and room felt damp the whole time. We love the islander and have been there many times. This time the pools were very hot and the beach was way to small for the amount of people. We went down one night to walk the beach and we felt like it was spring break. There was about 200 kids between the ages of 16-19 . I did not want to be on spring break I was there with my adult family. I feel someone should have broke up the crowd that was also coming from other condos. Will not be back ever over 4th of July. Would like to give it Another shot but at a different time. Not a great experience this time
