Booking Details
Max occupancy: 12
Minimum age to rent: 25
No student or chaperoned groups.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Parking: There is space for 3 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.
Dog-friendly (maximum of two dogs) for an additional $150 per dog. Dogs must remain on the first floor only. Please follow leash law and pick up after your pet.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
